divh2Restaurant Supervisor/h2pThe Restaurant Supervisor at Mannings Sports Bar creates the extraordinary for our guests and team members with direct oversight of the restaurant operation./pulliEnsuring consistent, high quality service standards are maintained in areas of responsibility./liliReview staffing levels to determine appropriate work assignments for the staff./liliCheck with Cooks to determine menu changes, substitutions or deletions for the day, and notify staff/liliInvestigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures/liliDevelop schedules to reflect staffing levels needed to give optimal guest service/liliTrain new employees and update all employees on new procedures or policies/liliConduct a physical inventory of bar ware and requisition replacement items as needed/liliCoach and counsel all employees when needed to reinforce department and company policy and procedures/liliMaintain a well-informed shift by conducting daily shift meetings/liliDepartment walkthroughs are done on a daily basis to assure cleanliness and all equipment is operational./liliImplementing training programs that ensure high quality service./liliMaintaining proper employee/employer relations./liliMaintain working knowledge of present and future sports schedules to set, adjust, and plan for both TV schedule and guest attendance./li/ulpOther Qualifications/pulliAssociates degree preferred/lili1 - 2 years food and beverage supervisory experience/liliExcellent interpersonal, customer service, leadership, communication, team building and problem solving skills./liliDemonstrated ability in maintaining consistent, high quality guest service skills./liliGood understanding of how his/her job responsibilities relate to other areas of operation./liliWillingness to work any shift, any day, when necessary./liliPhysically mobile with reasonable accommodations; can lift and carry upwards of 50 lbs/liliBend, jump, twist, crouch, grip and carry heavy loads/liliAbility to stand for up to 10 hours, and walk up and down stairs./liliRespond to visual and aural cues/liliOperate in mentally and physically stressful situations./li/ulpGAMING PERMIT: N/A/ph2About Us/h2pCaesars New Orleans Casino Hotel earned recognition as a City Business Best Places to Work honoree and was named #1 Large Employer in the New Orleans area by the Times-Picayune Top Workplaces program.
