Spanish-speaking therapists are strongly encouraged to apply as we continue expanding services for bilingual and multicultural communities. Valoramos profesionales que entiendan la importancia de representación, inclusión y acceso a servicios de salud mental en la comunidad Latina.ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide outpatient psychotherapy services to adolescents, adults, couples, and familiesComplete clinical documentation and treatment plans in a timely mannerMaintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week for full-time statusCollaborate with families, schools, providers, and community partners as clinically appropriateParticipate in staff meetings, trainings, and case consultationsUtilize creative, evidence-based, and culturally responsive interventionsContribute to a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team environmentQualificationsMaster's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related behavioral health fieldActive Colorado license or currently pursuing licensure (LPC, LPCC, LCSW, SWC, LMFT, MFTC, etc.)Experience with treatment planning, clinical documentation, and ethical practice standardsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to establish and maintain healthy therapeutic boundariesCommitment to culturally responsive and inclusive careTrauma-informed experience preferredEMDR training or specialized certifications are a plusExperience with Valant EHR or electronic health record systems preferredInsurance credentialing and bilingual abilities highly valuedThe Clinician We're Looking ForPassionate about serving diverse and historically underserved communitiesA collaborative and growth-oriented clinicianAuthentic, compassionate, and clinically groundedComfortable working with multicultural populationsExcited to contribute to a supportive and inclusive clinic cultureInterested in helping clients feel seen, heard, represented, and empoweredDiversity, Equity & InclusionWe are committed to building a team that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve.
