Work Environment\n

As a remote position, we empower our Mental Health Therapists to work from the comfort of their own home while being connected to a supportive online team. Our work hours are structured Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required depending on patient needs. Using secure telehealth platforms, we facilitate therapy sessions that are convenient for our clients, allowing for a seamless therapeutic experience. Our collaborative online workspace encourages open communication and resource sharing among team members, ensuring quality care for all patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments through video conferencing to identify patient needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy tailored to each patient's needs.
\n
• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational workshops and support groups that enable clients to share experiences and gain coping strategies within a community setting.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
\n
• Provide timely crisis intervention services to patients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization.
\n
• Educate patients on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery.
\n
• Document all patient interactions accurately to maintain compliance with applicable mental health regulations and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate in ongoing team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to refine skills and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and senior citizens grappling with various mental health challenges. Many of our patients come from underrepresented communities, and you will play a key role in addressing their unique cultural and socioeconomic factors. Your therapeutic techniques will directly contribute to improving their quality of life, emotional balance, and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• Solid understanding of prevalent mental health disorders, contemporary therapeutic approaches, and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in conducting mental health assessments and designing effective treatment plans for a varied patient demographic.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to connect with clients effectively and build therapeutic rapport.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing electronic health records (EHR) and compliance documentation.

• The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while maintaining sound professional boundaries and ethics.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, with direct experience in both individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
