What You Will Do

Ideal Candidate Background
- 26 years of experience in operations or strategy roles, preferably within a tech or marketplace environment.
- Proven ability to work with AI technologies, specifically AI, to solve complex business challenges.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred
- Experience in a startup environment, particularly in the Internet or marketplace sectors.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- A passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to contribute to a fast-paced team.
Compensation and Benefits
