HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this Business Operations Lead opportunity. We are seeking an analytically sharp, execution-focused operator with a proven background in strategy, finance, consulting, investment banking, or business operations. This individual must be capable of working cross-functionally, solving complex business problems, and helping leadership scale operations during a significant growth phase. Key Responsibilities Lead rollout, adoption, and optimization of usage-based pricing strategies across internal teams and customer-facing functions Own monthly business reviews, financial reporting packages, and executive-level board materials Build forecasting models related to pipeline performance, revenue trends, funnel efficiency, and marketing ROI Partner closely with Finance, GTM, Product, and Leadership teams to drive strategic decision-making Analyze unit economics, gross margin trends, cost-to-serve, and operational leverage opportunities Manage and execute cross-functional initiatives such as compliance readiness, vendor transitions, systems optimization, and internal scaling efforts Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership Improve business processes, reporting accuracy, and operating cadence across departments Support special projects tied to growth planning, resource allocation, and long-range strategic initiatives Required Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or equivalent analytical roles Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis capabilities Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including CAC, LTV, pipeline conversion, churn, payback period, and funnel efficiency Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-growth environments with minimal oversight Strong executive communication skills with ability to present insights clearly to senior leadership Demonstrated history of ownership, accountability, and cross-functional execution Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered Bachelor's degree required from a highly regarded university or equivalent academic pedigree Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with top-tier consulting or finance firms such as MBB, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Blackstone, or similar organizations Startup operating experience within Seed, Series A, Series B, or other high-growth environments Experience launching or optimizing pricing models, especially usage-based or recurring revenue models Exposure to cybersecurity, AI, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS businesses Former founder or operator who helped build 0-to-1 go-to-market systems with measurable traction Combination of advisory background plus in-house operating experience at technology companies Strong systems thinking and ability to connect finance, strategy, and execution functions HireNow Disqualifiers Pure sales backgrounds without strategic or operational experience Pure engineering backgrounds lacking business generalist capability Candidates who remained in only one narrow function without cross-functional scope Frequent job changes without clear rationale or progression HireNow Checklist 4+ years in consulting, banking, BizOps, strategy, or finance-focused operating roles Strong financial modeling and advanced quantitative skillset Experience analyzing SaaS funnel metrics and go-to-market efficiency Proven cross-functional operator in high-growth environments Excellent executive communication and decision-support capabilities Stable resume with progressive career advancement Able to work onsite in San Francisco, CA High ownership mindset with strong judgment and execution discipline Standout Candidates Include Former founders who built early commercial motions with measurable traction Former MBB consultants with 2+ years of operating experience at technology companies Finance professionals who transitioned successfully into startup business operations leadership HireNow Package Additional Compensation: Equity potential + benefits package Employment Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire HireNow Staffing Disclaimer All candidate information is handled confidentially and evaluated against defined requirements.
