Sales Director – International Freight Forwarding Chicago, United States | Posted on 22/05/2026 Bradley David Associates is looking for anexperienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead business growthinitiatives focused on international air and ocean freight forwarding servicesacross Transpacific and Transatlantic trade lanes. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to growinternational air and ocean freight LCL/ FCL forwarding business. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Transpacificand Transatlantic trade lanes. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, customer presentations,proposal development, pricing strategy, negotiation, and contract closure. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and grossprofit objectives. Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and customerengagement activities. Represent the organization at industry trade shows, networking events, andcustomer meetings. Requirements Minimum 10 years of sales experience within internationalfreight forwarding or NVOCC environments. Experience working with Asian and European trade lanes. Strong expertise in international air freight and ocean freight services. Proven success developing business across Transpacific and/or Transatlantictrade lanes. Existing customer relationships within import/export, manufacturing, retail,automotive, or industrial sectors preferred. Strong understanding of: Incoterms , Customs and international tradecompliance, Carrier routing and pricing structures, Supply chain and logisticsoperations Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close large strategicaccounts.
