EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST

You will serve as an EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST in the EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY ORGANIZATION of USPACFLT EEO PROGRAM MANAGEMENT. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing and processing informal and formal EEO complaints through resolution; authoring, reviewing, and approving EEO Counselor reports; analyzing systemic issues and root causes to prevent disputes; executing Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) strategies, preparing parties for mediation, and coordinating with mediators; providing guidance on Reasonable Accommodation requests.
