TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43210!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Department Observation Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years in ER or ER Holding, preferring MS/Tele experience License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS Must-Have: - ER experience - ER Holding or MS/Tele experience Description: Provide care in the Emergency Department Observation Unit. Work primarily with pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Assist in managing a daily census of 32 patients with 4 patients per nurse. Experience with various patient care protocols and procedures is essential. Responsibilities include managing and interpreting arterial blood gases, IV protocols, and central line care. You will also be involved in patient education and monitoring. The unit has interdisciplinary support from various services. Candidates must complete fingerprinting as part of the credentialing process. References and valid licenses are mandatory for position eligibility.
