Job Title: People Soft Technical consultant
Location: Remote
Client is seeking People Soft Technical consultant with knowledge and experience in carve out project - divestiture of a business unit.
The selected candidate should be able to address User issues, resolve technical problems, manage tickets, product service requests and perform needed configuration updates. Interact with customer process consultants and SME's, perform root cause analysis where required and improve processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Location for this position is Anywhere in the US. This position may require travel to client/project location.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Candidate must be located within the United States. Occasionally one may need to travel.
- Demonstrated 7 to 10 years of PeopleTools development - PeopleCode, App Engine, CI, SQR, IS experience.
- Strong data migration & carve-out extraction skills using SQL, DMS, ETL.
- Strong knowledge of System Integrations and Batch scheduling using Workload automation tools (Autosys Preferred).
- Experience testing integrations with external and internal systems.
- Ability to redesign and separate integrations using Integration Broker.
- Solid Oracle/SQL database skills for cloning, tuning, backups, and data security.
- Issue resolution, root cause identification and analysis, recommend solution to complex issues.
- Knowledge of integrations with HCM, Time and Labor functions is a plus.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and support processes
- Understanding of various business processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience and desire to work closely with customers.
- Experience in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.
