Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at LumaMind Therapy, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Providing individualized therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families in an outpatient setting, addressing specific psychological and emotional needs.

• Conducting thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client histories and needs, subsequently developing collaborative, goal-oriented treatment plans.

• Utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to effectively treat trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation aligned with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring accountability and continuity of care.

• Participating in weekly case consultations and team meetings aimed at sharing insights and strategies for improved client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
