Job Details Job Details: Our company is seeking a dynamic and visionary Permanent Chief of Staff to join our Tech Services team. This is an incredible opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-level operations, creating and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring that our organization is always on the cutting edge of the tech services industry. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role. Responsibilities: As the Permanent Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for: 1. Providing executive leadership to our team, driving the vision, strategy, and goals of the organization. 2. Coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all departments are working in harmony towards our shared goals. 3. Developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and vision. 4. Collaborating with other executive leaders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 5. Keeping abreast of industry trends and changes, ensuring that our organization remains competitive and innovative. 6. Representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings. 7. Overseeing the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the company culture and vision. 8. Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. 9. Working with the executive board to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals. 10. Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities for the company. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Chief of Staff position will have: 1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in an executive leadership role within the tech services industry. 2. Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans. 3. Strong understanding of industry trends and changes. 4. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. 7. A demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 8. Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles. 9. Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc. 10. In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices. 11. An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills. 12. Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. 13. Excellent communication and public speaking skills. 14. MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field.
