Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, establishing a baseline for treatment.

• Collaboratively develop treatment plans and interventions in partnership with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family issues. Our client base is diverse, consisting of individuals from different cultural, socioeconomic, and linguistic backgrounds. As a LICSW, you will play a critical role in tailoring interventions to resonate with clients' specific life experiences and cultural contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience providing clinical social work services post-licensure.
