job summary: Join Our Client as a Project Coordinator in San Antonio, TX a mission-driven company empowering the planet! We seek coordinators with a related Bachelor's, 2-5 years of construction/field experience, and Procore proficiency to support datacenter construction planning, tracking, and execution. location: San Antonio, Texas job type: Contract salary: $67.00 - 79.35 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities Manage critical documentation, closeouts, and procurement tasks including scope development, bid coordination, and vendor reviews to ensure alignment with Our Client's standards. Assist on-site Construction Managers with logistics, safety plan coordination, and material tracking, while attending site walks for progress, quality, and invoice verification. Coordinate MSOW submissions, escort scheduling, Datacenter Access Control (DCAT), and blackout/stop-work tracking to maintain seamless site workflow. Prepare comprehensive project health reports and status updates, facilitate OAC and Local Operations meetings, and document lessons learned to drive consistency.
