Scrum Master Job Description Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos. Coach and mentor AEM development teams on Agile/Scrum principles and practices. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog specific to AEM features and enhancements. Ensure timely delivery of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations. Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress. Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders. Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including UX, QA, DevOps, and content authors. Ensure compliance with AEM architecture standards, governance, and performance benchmarks. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 1+ year on AEM projects. Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager architecture, components, and workflows. Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments. The base compensation range for this role is 100,000 - 130,000.
