MAP RN (Medical Acute Patients) | Wausau, WI | 13-Week Travel Contract

Weekly Hours: 48 Hours Guaranteed
Shift: 12-Hour Days (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Overtime: Paid after 48 hours worked

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RN License
• BLS (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience
• Epic charting experience required
• Level II Trauma experience highly preferred

Unit Highlights

• Medical Acute Patients (MAP) Unit
• Adult Medical Patient Population
• Day Shift Ratios: 1:4-5
• Night Shift Ratios: 1:6-7
• Fast-paced inpatient environment with diverse medical diagnoses

• Multiple Sclerosis

• Gastrointestinal Disorders
• Diabetic Management
• Renal Failure
• Urinary Tract Disorders

• Wound Care
• Clotting Disorders
• Infectious Diseases
• Acute Alcohol Withdrawal

Additional Information

• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday rotation
• Eligible for up to 36 hours of low-census unbillable time during the contract
• Scrub color: Any color
