Role Description The Senior Human Resources Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Winter Garden, FL. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end recruiting for corporate, operations, and driver-facing positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions with department leaders. The recruiter will develop and maintain talent pipelines, manage job postings across platforms, and build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive and efficient hiring experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with management to understand workforce needs, organizing and attending recruiting events, maintaining accurate applicant records, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will also help refine recruitment processes, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and support onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success. Qualifications Talent acquisition and recruiting skills, including experience with full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements, particularly within logistics, transportation, or related industries. Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret recruiting metrics, improve processes, and make data-informed recommendations. Proficiency with standard office software and online recruiting tools, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites. Previous experience in senior or lead recruiting roles, preferably in transportation, logistics, or high-volume operations environments.
