Requirements looking for full-time candidates Start Date: 9/14 Contract Length: ongoing Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 5:30 possible weekend. This will be a rotation of hospital/clinic each week 30 minutes unpaid lunch Overtime would be AFTER scheduled shift. Work Details: • Support Staff: MAPCT Nurse PA support for inhouse • Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: ongoing coverage • Patient Population/Age: 60 • Department Description: Cardiovascular Institute in Verde Valley needs interventional cardiology coverage – STEMI/Cardiology Consults. No CT back-up. TEES maybe 1-2 a day Hospital consults 8-14 per day. Clinic sees 18-24 patients per day. • EMR: Cerner • Skills Preferred: interpersonal and relational with staff and patients • Interview Process: TEAMS Practice Setting: • Hospital/Clinic Requirements: • Board Certification: Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology • License Required: AZ License - we have time to license • Certifications Required: ACLS BLS • Minimum Experience Required: 2 years Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days Shift Info: Day 5x10-Hour 07:00 - 17:30
