Bookkeeper

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our small accounting team in a fast pace HVAC contractors office. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting payroll, and managing HVAC related data entry. Reporting to the Controller, the ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and communication skills while thriving in a detail-oriented environment. This is full time in person office position only (no hybrid no remoting) Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes AIA billing (knowledge of Textura a plus) Enter data accurately and process invoices efficiently Support payroll operations as needed Maintain detailed and organized financial records Knowledge of job costing a plus HVAC service background or project management background a plus Additional office admin tasks as needed Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping in contractor office Experience with a construction software (we do not use QB) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Word / Outlook Understanding of accounting principles Accurate and efficient data entry skills Exceptional attention to detail Effective time management and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Notary a plus Company Description HVAC Contractor Company Description HVAC Contractor #J-18808-Ljbffr Admore
