We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to support day-to-day technical operations across the Flavor Factory and build a reliable, high-performing maintenance team on 2nd shift. What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance leadership role
• Demonstrated experience reading drawings, ladder logic, mechanical illustrations, schematics, and manuals
• Demonstrated ability using power, shop, and hand tools
• Strong CMMS experience (PMs, inventory, scheduling, work orders)
• Proficiency using a PC and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hours
• Ability to physically perform duties to maintain equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
• Ability to flex schedule to support operational needs

Salary Range: $112,000 - $125,000
