Director, Market Access Analytics

Revolution Medicines seeks a Director of Market Access Analytics to lead US analytics strategy and insights for its oncology portfolio. The role translates payer, reimbursement, and patient access data into strategic guidance, supporting launch planning and commercialization readiness across multiple therapeutic programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated market access analytics plan supporting access strategy and launch readiness
• Own and evolve market access KPI framework with consistent definitions and executive reporting
• Lead payer, formulary, and coverage analytics across commercial and government segments
• Evaluate patient access performance by integrating claims, specialty pharmacy, and distribution data
• Support contracting decisions through analog assessments and post-contract performance measurement

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of US market access landscape and payer dynamics
• Strong analytical capabilities and business partnering skills
• Track record converting complex data into actionable recommendations
• Oncology industry experience strongly preferred
• Launch planning and commercialization experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work cross-functionally with pricing, payer management, and finance teams
