Interim Office Manager Allied Care | Bowling Green, KY | Full-Time | Temporary Help Lead Our Bowling Green Team Are you a strong leader who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly and supporting a team? Allied Care is seeking an experienced Interim Office Manager to provide leadership and operational support for our Bowling Green, Kentucky office while our current Office Manager is on leave. This temporary leadership position offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by ensuring continuity of operations, supporting our staff, and maintaining the high level of service our clients and community have come to expect. What You’ll Do As the Interim Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Bowling Green office by: Leading and managing day-to-day office operations Executing operational goals and ensuring department performance Providing leadership and support to multiple departments, including: Case Management Staffing Human Resources Client Services Home Care Sales Assisting with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring staff Building and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, referral sources, case managers, and community partners Monitoring departmental performance and implementing operational improvements Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, local, Medicaid, and company policies and procedures Supporting quality assurance initiatives and organizational goals Collaborating with leadership to maintain efficient office operations during the Office Manager's absence Providing guidance, problem-solving, and support to employees while fostering a positive team environment We're Looking For Someone Who... Can confidently lead an established team Is organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented Thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment Demonstrates excellent communication and leadership skills Can adapt quickly and maintain continuity of operations Is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients and supporting fellow team members Qualifications College degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following: Medicaid Home & Community-Based Waiver Services Home Care Private Duty Veteran Care Pediatrics Or another healthcare-related field Previous supervisory or management experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license Why Join Allied Care?
