Entry-Level Staff Accountant

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Staff Accountant to support daily accounting functions and assist with maintaining accurate financial records in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Process payroll accurately and on schedule Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Reconcile accounts and support month-end close processes Maintain organized and accurate financial records Support audits, reporting, and additional accounting projects as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred Internship or prior accounting experience is a plus Understanding of basic accounting principles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Excel and accounting software preferred Who: A strong and stable organization is seeking an Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join its growing accounting team.
