Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families utilizing advanced video conferencing technology to ensure a safe and positive therapeutic experience.

• Perform thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health histories and current issues, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate clients' emotional, psychological, and behavioral healing, including cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and solution-focused interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention support when needed, ensuring clients’ safety while employing appropriate risk assessment and management techniques.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately while adhering to legal and ethical standards of mental health practice.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions and effective coping mechanisms, empowering them to actively participate in their treatment and recovery.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, community resources, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele. Your clients may include those facing challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in your state of residence.

Compensation and Benefits\n
