Senior Technical Support Engineer - Payments & API
Aeropay Payments, Inc.
Aeropay Payments, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to stand up and lead our Engineering support function. You will bridge frontline client teams with Product and Engineering, owning the transition from ad hoc support to a scalable, data-driven practice. This role requires strong SQL and Python experience, API troubleshooting, and expertise with observability tools and ticketing platforms.
