This is a hands-on enterprise applications role involving development, configuration, integrations, reporting, data activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion/Utilities applications.Work with functional business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.Collaborate with data engineers and application architects to align solutions with enterprise standards.Troubleshoot application issues and help maintain system reliability.Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.Work with outside vendors and implementation partners to support knowledge transfer and long-term application support.Location: This position is available on-site in Buffalo, NY; Erie, PA; or Dayton, OH.Candidates in all three locations are being considered. Some relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates.Background ProfileSeeking an experienced enterprise applications professional with a solid understanding of Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud or a comparable enterprise ERP/application environment.Required BackgroundAt least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise application development, systems analysis, or a related discipline. Experience in utilities, energy, financial services, or another regulated industry is preferred.Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud or a comparable enterprise ERP platform, including enterprise implementations, acquisitions, and/or major platform transitions.Professional experience in at least one of the following areas:HCM: Oracle Fusion HCM, Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, or SecurityCustomer: Customer information, billing, CRM, or customer-facing systems integrated with ERP environmentsOperations: Operational, asset management, work management, scheduling, field service, or operational finance systemsExperience with enterprise application configuration, extensions, integrations, or development.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
