Position: Education & Training Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30$85/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Write teaching problems from your classroom or course. Include level common misconceptions constraints and reference answers for model grading.
- Grade model-written explanations and lesson materials. Ensure explanations meet learners needs and assessments measure intended outcomes.
- Flag model explanations that are accurate but may confuse students due to prior knowledge or misconceptions.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance .
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and relevance across datasets.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Professional experience in teaching tutoring or instructional design.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguous tasks and willingness to flag unclear instructions.
