Marketing- Full Time Responsibilities include:
Fostering sales relationships with physicians and discharge planners at hospitals to ensure referrals/admissions.
Conducting pre-admission assessments of the clinical status of a resident referral.
Fostering relationships in the community and local businesses.
Qualifications:
We are seeking a personable team player with the ability to connect with healthcare professionals, potential clients, family members, and community leaders.
You must be a resourceful problem solver.
You must be flexible, self-driven , accountable for results, autonomous yet be supportive in team efforts.
prefer someone with at least 1 year of long term care liaison experience
