We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Construction Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys matching great people with great opportunities.If you're competitive, organized, and enjoy talking with people every day, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.ResponsibilitiesRecruit skilled construction professionals including carpenters, laborers, concrete workers, electricians, plumbers, operators, welders, HVAC technicians, and other trades.Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and other recruiting methods.Screen applicants through phone interviews and in-person interviews.Verify work history, experience, certifications, and references.Match qualified candidates with current client job openings.Coordinate interviews, onboarding, drug screens, and employment paperwork.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.Follow up with employees after placement to ensure successful assignments.Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System.Develop relationships with local trade schools, unions, and industry organizations.Work closely with the sales team to understand client hiring needs.QualificationsPrevious recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, or customer service experience preferred.Construction industry knowledge is highly preferred but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive base salaryPerformance-based bonuses and commission opportunitiesPaid vacation and holidaysHealth insuranceOngoing training and professional developmentOpportunities for advancement within a growing companySupportive, team-oriented work environmentWhat Makes You SuccessfulThe ideal recruiter enjoys talking with people, has a sense of urgency, is persistent, and takes pride in helping individuals find meaningful employment while helping contractors build successful teams.
