Vice President of Development

The Concilio

Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Vice President of Development will lead all fundraising and philanthropic strategies for the organization while helping shape its long‑term growth and sustainability. This leader will oversee revenue generation, donor engagement, corporate partnerships, foundation relations, fundraising strategy, and development operations. The Vice President will also serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and an ambassador for The Concilio throughout the North Texas philanthropic community. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands‑on leader who can build relationships, inspire confidence, and create sustainable revenue growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Concilio
