Office Manager Bemidji, MN | $30/hour, Based on Experience | Full-Time Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an experienced Office Manager for a well-established company in the Bemidji area. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be the go-to person for keeping company documents, records, and administrative processes organized and running smoothly. As you become familiar with the company and its operations, this position will also grow into payroll responsibilities. What You’ll Do Manage, organize, and maintain company documents, files, and records Perform accurate data entry and keep information up to date Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers, vendors, and employees Handle general office correspondence and administrative tasks Maintain organized filing and recordkeeping systems Assist management with day-to-day office needs Help ensure important paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time Learn company payroll processes and eventually take responsibility for payroll Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information What We’re Looking For Previous office management, administrative, bookkeeping, or similar experience Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Comfortable working with computers, data entry, and office software Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Dependable and able to take ownership of responsibilities Payroll experience is a plus, but willingness and ability to learn is important This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional looking for a stable, long-term position where they can become an important part of the company's daily operations.
