Director of IT / Head of Technology Operations Benefits and Compensation: Competitive base salary ranging from $120K to $140K Hybrid work environment with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis Comprehensive benefits package currently being enhanced by the organization Opportunity to help shape technology infrastructure during a major growth phase High-visibility role working directly with executive leadership Career growth potential within a rapidly expanding organization Collaborative, team-oriented culture with startup energy and momentum Director of IT / Head of Technology Operations Requirements & Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or technology operations leadership Strong background supporting high-volume retail, e-commerce, big-box retail, or multi-location environments Hands-on experience with: Google Workspace administration Identity and access management MDM and endpoint management POS systems and store technology support Helpdesk operations and IT support workflows MSP/vendor management Endpoint security and device lifecycle management Experience building and standardizing IT processes, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and infrastructure playbooks Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Strong troubleshooting, operational, and organizational skills Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on with day-to-day IT execution Experience supporting networking, Wi-Fi, hardware deployment, and user access management across multiple locations Strong communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, HR, and Leadership teams Ability to support store openings, infrastructure consistency, and operational scalability Leadership style that is collaborative, accountable, and execution-focused Director of IT / Head of Technology Operations Preferred Background & Skills: Experience working within startup or high-growth environments Background supporting retail expansion and multi-site infrastructure deployments Exposure to cybersecurity best practices and security governance execution Experience supporting business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives Familiarity with SaaS vendor management, telecom providers, and outsourced IT services Experience creating scalable operational documentation and technology standards Candidates stepping into their first Director-level role from a strong IT Manager background may also be considered Retail technology experience involving POS, networking, security systems, and operational support strongly preferred JOB ID : 175750#post Rogers Hornsby #J-18808-Ljbffr
