Client Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries. Manage and maintain client files, ensuring all information is accurate and current. Utilize financial management software to access client statuses, process transactions, and transfer funds. Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to ensure a clear understanding of their requests and fulfillment. Assist with client onboarding, including documentation and account setup. Collaborate with investment advisors to support client service initiatives and enhance the client experience. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications: College or University education. Previous experience in a client service or administrative role, preferably within the financial services industry or a financial services function. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn and use financial management software. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive and client-focused attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Demonstrated trustworthiness, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Willingness to commit to a long-term career with the firm.
