About the Position

Seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens coverage providing adult inpatient care at two community hospitals. The role involves 24-hour call coverage on scheduled weekends , managing adult urology patients with support from hospital staff and EPIC EMR.

Shift Details:

• 24-hour call shifts
• Schedule examples: May 15–18, June 12–15 or June 19–22, July 3–6
• Patient population: adults (18+)
• Average callbacks: 8–10 hours on Friday, 4 hours per day Sat/Sun

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality inpatient urology care
• Manage admissions, consults, and urgent care needs
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care
• Follow hospital protocols and documentation standards

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
• Pennsylvania medical license required
• DEA registration required
• Minimum 1 year post-training experience
• EMR experience (EPIC preferred)
