Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, developing tailored treatment plans to address their specific needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide clients through their therapeutic journeys.

• Foster a nurturing therapy environment that emphasizes education and support for clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment alternatives, and effective self-care practices.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and meet clients’ evolving needs.

• Engage in collaborative treatment approaches with psychiatrists and other health care professionals to provide cohesive care for clients.
\n
• Stay updated with the latest research on mood disorders and therapeutic strategies, integrating new knowledge into practice to enhance client care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines, while actively participating in case consultations and team meetings.

• Advocate for client needs and contribute to destigmatizing mental health issues within and outside the client community.
