Base salary as well performance incentives About the Role We are building a high-performance final expense insurance sales floor in Houston and are looking for motivated, energetic, and results-driven sales agents to join our growing team. This is a phone-based sales role focused on helping customers with final expense insurance solutions while working in a fast-paced, competitive, and team-oriented call center environment. If you are confident on the phone, hungry to earn, coachable, and comfortable working toward production goals, we want to speak with you. What You’ll Be Doing Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to final expense insurance products Speak with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through available insurance options Follow company sales processes, scripts, compliance standards, and operational procedures Work closely with Team Leaders and management to improve production and performance Maintain strong activity levels, professionalism, and attendance standards Participate in daily huddles, coaching sessions, and training activities Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly production targets Maintain accurate customer information and call documentation within company systems Contribute positively toward floor culture, energy, and team environment.
