Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.10 / Hour Job Schedule Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report access concerns, maintenance issues, and other security‑related matters. Support site operations by following post orders, maintaining professional presence, completing required reports, and assisting with escalations related to security‑related procedures and/or facility rules. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
