Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support site operations through strong communication and customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.92 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 04:00 PM - 02:00 AM Tue 04:00 PM - 02:00 AM Wed 04:00 PM - 02:00 AM Thur 04:00 PM - 02:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to supervisors, local contacts, and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking locations, and perimeter points, noting and reporting suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or unauthorized access attempts. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials in accordance with location policies, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted or sensitive areas. Document daily activities, incidents, and/or observations in required reports, logs, and communication systems, following Allied Universal and location protocols. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
