Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab testsspanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondfollowing established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, instruct new staff or interns, and uphold the quality standards of the laboratory.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment, adhering strictly to regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure with us.
