As Sales Director, you’ll help seniors and their families find a place they’re proud to call home—while driving occupancy, growing referrals, and achieving meaningful sales results.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of sales experience
1+ year in Senior Living, Real Estate, Luxury Living, or a related industry
Proven success generating leads, building relationships, and meeting sales goals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Positive, energetic, and goal-oriented personality
Genuine passion for helping older adults and their families
