Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients through active listening and compassionate engagement.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans based on each client’s specific needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Regularly meet with clients to review treatment progress, provide updates, and adjust strategies to ensure optimal care and outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, when necessary, to ensure holistic treatment and referrals to specialists if required.

• Document client sessions and treatment plans accurately in accordance with professional and legal guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
