FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST - PART-TIME

Salem, OR
Pay: $17-$22/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-3:30 PM
Duration: 4+ weeks

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join a friendly and hardworking office in Salem. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and can provide a welcoming, professional experience to tenants and visitors.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for tenants and individuals looking for housing. The ideal candidate will be personable, patient, friendly, and able to remain calm and professional when dealing with people who may be frustrated or upset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and assist tenants, visitors, and walk-in guests
Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
Assist individuals with basic questions and information
Provide friendly and professional front desk coverage
Handle difficult or frustrated visitors with patience and a calm demeanor
Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
Provide general administrative support as needed
