The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Browse our Marketing team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.Job Description:Independently lead execution of assigned campaign/sCoordinate with various teams on relevant requirements and timelines to:Ensure campaign is properly communicated across in-app and external channelsCreate, set up, & ensure standard quality of in-app assets: microsites, banners, push notifications,vouchers, deals, and other featuresPropose initiatives for optimizations of campaigns and internal processesGenerate post-campaign reports and actionable insights for subsequent campaignsStay updated on pop culture and trends in the Philippine market to align marketing efforts to business needsRequirements:Good project management skills: Able to cascade and manage timelines so alldeliverables required for campaign executions are completed on scheduleGood communication skills: This is a highly cross-functional role, beingcomfortable initiating clarifying conversations with different co-workers /stakeholders is essential to successAdvanced Google Suite proficiency: the majority of our work is executed onG-suite; essential to be comfortable in it especially GsheetsResilience: Able to work quickly and pivot when necessary. We sometimes haveto balance multiple conversations and planning requirements at the same time;must be able to work well under pressureDetail-oriented: The campaigns specialist has to ensure all assets that go live onthe app are error-free, as errors may negatively impact the business or sellers(e.g. wrong vouchers, wrong deals, incorrect sale dates)Motivated to learn: In time, the Specialist should learn to understand Marketingbusiness priorities and performance metrics deeply; should be open aboutself-educatingData proficiency is a plus: Able to analyze performance data and provide insightsto optimize marketing tactics #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
