The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.Job Description:Coordinating with regional and local teams for development of new product features for SPX ExpressManaging the launch of new or revamped product features through clear and efficient communicationOnboarding new stakeholders to the company’s product ecosystem and processesPrepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performancePerform quality assurance controls on productsCreate support and training documents for internal and external usersConduct research to identify stakeholder needs and market gapsSuggest product enhancements to improve user experienceSetup and maintain product settings for expansion projects (new hubs)Highly meticulous and detail-orientedRequirements:Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Management Information Systems, Business, or equivalentGreat track record of successful project management is requiredExperienced in developing new product featuresHigh proficiency in MS Office especially in MS ExcelOutstanding critical-thinking and interpersonal skillsStrong communication skills in English and FilipinoKnowledge in Tableau, Python, or other programming languages is a plusCapable of handling multiple tasks and able to work in a dynamic work environmentHighly meticulous and detail-oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
