Staffing Coordinator: Keep Operations On Track & Compliant

Flatrock Manor

Flatrock Manor is seeking an organized Staffing Coordinator to keep operations running smoothly and ensure staff have the support they need. You will coordinate schedules, support payroll processing, and maintain compliance with licensing requirements and company policies.

You’ll work closely with the Support and Operations Teams to manage documentation, training, and incident records while helping with move-ins, transfers, and terminations as needed.
