Pay & Benefits
- Pay rate: $1.00/hour

- Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws
- Provide 24-hour in-house call coverage for Urology patients
- Respond to approximately 2-5 calls per 24 hours, with 1-2 onsite call-ins
- Conduct inpatient rounds on new admissions and inpatients requiring follow-up
- Support management of conditions such as kidney stones, hematuria, and difficult catheter placements
- Document call-back hours and patient interactions in accordance with hospital protocols
- Assist with patient consultations, transfers, and follow-up care
Required:
- Medical license to practice in Michigan
- Ability to respond to onsite calls within 20 minutes
- Experience or familiarity with inpatient Urology procedures and patient management
- Prior Urology call coverage experience
- Strong clinical judgment and quick decision-making skills
