A rapidly growing, mission-driven company is looking for a Director of Human Resources to serve as a key strategic leader across all facets of HR. This role owns the full people function, from compliance and full-cycle recruitment to performance management and organizational scaling, as the company prepares for continued rapid growth. A strong fit for an HR leader who has helped build infrastructure in a fast-moving environment and wants real ownership over how the people strategy evolves.

- Scale HR operations and infrastructure to support company growth
- Guide change management through ongoing growth phases
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
- 7+ years of HR leadership experience in a rapid-growth or mission-driven organization
- Startup experience is a strong plus
- Deep understanding of HR systems, performance management, recruiting, and compliance
- Advanced project management skills with a track record of strong execution
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, evolving environments
- Strong communicator and culture-focused, data-informed decision-maker
