Provide support and coaching to the crew to achieve production goals Identify safety hazards and ensure compliance Participate in conducting necessary safety training and briefings Use applicable herbicide equipment to treat stumps and brush Maintain records related to crew production and costs Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections and routine maintenance Communicate effectively with customers and property owners Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on tree trimming or clearing crews or completed applicable skills assessments High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required Valid First-Aid and CPR cards or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s or commercial driver’s license (dependent upon Division and utility/contract requirements) Maintain herbicide application certification or equivalent as required by Wright Tree Service and local, state, and federal law Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in tree trimming and clearing operations, ensuring safety compliance and effective crew management. Proficient in herbicide application and maintenance of equipment while maintaining accurate production records.
