Now Hiring: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Bonita Springs, FL

Position Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay: $23/hr, with a raise once hired after 90 days
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk for a high-end interior design firm located in Bonita Springs.


This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with accounting support and Excel spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a professional office environment, and experience handling accounts payable responsibilities.

Responsibilities may include:

• Processing accounts payable invoices
• Matching invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
• Entering and maintaining accurate payment records
• Creating and updating Excel spreadsheets
• Assisting with vendor communication and payment tracking
• Maintaining organized accounting files and documentation
• Supporting the accounting team with additional administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous accounts payable or accounting clerk experience preferred
• Must have strong Excel experience, including the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
