Construction Contracts Negotiation Specialist

Fujitec America is seeking a Contracts Attorney to review, revise, and negotiate commercial contracts for elevator installation, modernization, and maintenance projects. This role requires independent judgment and the ability to balance business interests. You will serve as a liaison between Fujitec and contractors, resolve disputes, draft standard terms, explain contract terminology plainly, and manage COI requests and lien considerations.
