Work Environment\n

This position operates primarily in a remote setting, specifically focusing on clients at our Detox Center. As an LCSW, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, including medical doctors, nurses, and fellow therapists. This collaborative network is crucial, as it allows for a holistic approach to treatment, integrating both medical and behavioral health services. Additionally, you may be required to travel to various locations for meetings, retreats, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and determine suitable levels of care and additional support services, as necessary.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and leadership to perform regular training needs assessments, ensuring ongoing professional development is aligned with program objectives.

• Proactively discuss clinical cases during regular meetings with the program director, addressing any issues related to client care or staff performance to promote a safe and efficient work environment.

• Oversee and guide the work of all behavioral health therapists, including assigning daily tasks, conducting annual performance evaluations, and enforcing adherence to unit policies and procedures.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date records of clinical productivity, ensuring that all patient documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Actively participate in quality assurance initiatives and performance improvement activities to enhance program outcomes and client satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, often facing significant behavioral and psychiatric challenges. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a master’s degree in social work, along with an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.

• Willingness to travel to various CHDC sites for meetings, conferences, and other professional engagements as needed.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least three to five years of clinical experience in diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions.

• Experience working within medical settings, such as primary or specialty care environments, to better collaborate across disciplines.

Compensation and Benefits\n
